Portland Pedal Power Levels of Service
- Delivery and Set-Up– our standard level of service. Portland Pedal Power will deliver your food to the location you select within your office and set it up for your team to enjoy.
- Delivery and Premier Set-Up– your server will arrive early to clean and prepare your space. The server will utilize on-site chafing dishes in order to provide a more aesthetically pleasing presentation. Menus and placecards are included with dietary restrictions documented. Sternos to keep the food warm during your meal are included for buildings that allow open flames. A 10% service fee is applied for this level of service.
- Delivery, Premier Set-Up and Clean Up– in addition to the services included with delivery and premiere set-up, a PPP rider will return to your location after the meal, move leftover food to your refrigerator and clean the serving area. A 15% service fee is applied for this level of service.
- Full Service– your server will arrive early to clean and prepare your space. The server will utilize on-site chafing dishes when appropriate in order to provide a more aesthetically pleasing presentation. This level of service includes an on-site server OR bartender. With on-site food service, your server will answer questions about the food, refill food pans, provide continuous cleaning and maintain the flow of service. After the event your server will clean up and, if requested, will donate leftover food to a local non-profit. An 18% service fee is applied for this level of service.
- Premier Full Service– includes all of the services described in full service with both an on-site food server and a bartender. A 22% service fee is applied for this level of service.
