Their specially-designed catering menu offers platters of portioned sandwiches to feed small or large groups with all-vegetarian and all-meaty options (or a combination of both).
Addy has been serving to sell-out crowds from her food cart location at SW 10th and Alder since 2009. Since then she’s nearly doubled her menu and brought on staff to handle demand, which is now starting to include catering and other deliveries. The cart focuses on sourcing local ingredients and working with other sustainably-minded businesses, which is why delivery through PPP is a great fit.
People love Addy’s baguette sandwiches because they come on the best bread in town – from Little T Bakery! – and because the ingredients are carefully sourced and artfully prepared on site. Customer favorites like house-cured ham (with Gruyere and butter), oven roasted turkey breast (with brie and cucumber) and line-caught Oregon tuna salad appear on the meat sandwich platters.
