Everybody loves good Mexican cuisine, and we at Portland Pedal Power are no exception. Of course, Mexican food isn’t something you can just throw together and hope for the best. There are so many flavors you have to balance and play off each other, it’s practically an art form in itself. That’s why we’re so excited to now offer Aprisa Mexican Cuisine on our delivery menu!

Aprisa is the newest revolution in fine Mexican Cuisine. By creating high quality food with a chef’s flare, Aprisa puts a spin on the idea of fast food. Aprisa’s visual kitchen is built from recycled shipping containers, and is therefore drive through and walk up only. By excluding dining rooms, Aprisa is able to operate with much lower expenses than standard restaurants. They then pass these savings on to their valuable customers.

Not only will you receive your meal quickly, but it’s healthy too! Aprisa uses only the freshest and highest quality ingredients to provide you a flavorful experience you won’t forget. And if customer reviews are anything to be believed, the food prepared by Aprisa won’t be something you forget anytime soon. At the time this blog was written, Aprisa is holding steady with four stars on Yelp and a 94% freshness rating on Urban Spoon.

Aprisa is very proud of the fact that they don’t hide anything from their customers. While many restaurants like to boast about their green and ethical practices, Aprisa takes it one step further and practically invites you into their kitchen. The chef will prepare all the needed ingredients and cook everything right in front of you. The open visual kitchen allows you to observe every aspect of the operation, so you know exactly what’s going into your burrito, or torta, or whatever you may be trying that day.

Ready to order? You can find Aprisa on our menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you’re looking for more information, check out their website!
